Refund & Cancellation
Policy

Non-Refundable Policy:

• We are committed to providing a satisfying experience for all players. However, all contest entries are final, and no refunds will be issued once a player participates in the match contest.
• If a player encounters suspicious activity, such as griefing or teaming up, they must take a necessary screenshot or short video recording and report it to us before participating in the match. While we will investigate all reports thoroughly, please note that no refunds will be issued, regardless of the investigation outcome.
• In the event that a player encounters a cheater using cheat tools, they should immediately capture a short video recording of the incident as evidence and report it to the Daily Tournament Hub Team via Mail or Live Chat Support. Our team will investigate and take appropriate action, but no refunds will be provided under any circumstances.
• All reports of suspicious activity or cheating are taken seriously, and appropriate measures will be taken to ensure fair play in future contests. However, all decisions are final, and no refunds will be processed.
